More intuitive reset after death

I am glad for all feedbacks I got so far! :D

One guy thought this freezes after death, but he mistook it as freeze - there was non-intuitive need to press one of WSAD keys. Version 02 is a quick fix. Now its not just on WSAD keys and then mouseclick, but on every key you have bound. Key that is bound to fire, therefore resets by one click. For better understandability, I even replaced the lose table text "noob detected" with "fire to reset".
